1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website, enrolling in any course, or utilizing the digital campus services provided by Synthetix Education Group LLC ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Synthetix Education Group LLC (Registration Number: C4589210). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Educational Services

Synthetix provides specialized professional training in AI-augmented web design, generative UI/UX workflows, and autonomous deployment technologies. Our services include live instructor-led boot camps, self-paced digital curriculum access, 1-on-1 mentorship programs, and custom corporate upskilling workshops. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific curriculum modules or toolstack recommendations to ensure our students receive the most relevant and up-to-date information in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

As a student or user of our platform, you agree to maintain a professional standard of conduct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your digital campus credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

  • Share institutional AI tool access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary prompts and models used in our curriculum.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment for other students.
  • Use the Academy's resources to generate content that violates our ethical AI guidelines, including deepfakes or malicious deceptive materials.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Enrollment in our programs requires the payment of tuition fees as specified on our pricing page. All payments are processed through secure, third-party systems. For our Boot Camp and Mentorship tiers, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your position in a specific cohort.

14-Day Refund Policy: We offer a 100% 'no questions asked' refund policy for the first 14 calendar days following your initial enrollment or the start of your first live session, whichever is later. To request a refund, you must submit a formal written request to [email protected] within this window. Following the 14-day period, tuition fees are generally non-refundable, though we may offer credit toward future cohorts in cases of documented personal hardship.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Academy Materials: All course content, including video lectures, proprietary prompt libraries, lab assignments, and the Synthetix Methodâ„¢ methodology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Synthetix Education Group LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal professional development.

Student Work: You retain full ownership of all original design work and code generated during your time as a student. By enrolling, you grant Synthetix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your work in our academy portfolio, marketing materials, and student showcases, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

6. Ethical AI Guidelines

Participation in our programs requires adherence to the Synthetix Ethical AI Manifesto. We believe that AI should be used to augment human creativity, not replace human judgment. Students must disclose the use of generative tools in their final portfolio projects and ensure that all AI-generated assets are used in compliance with the original model's license and relevant copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the most accurate and effective training possible, Synthetix Education Group LLC does not guarantee specific career outcomes or employment results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or your use of AI tools recommended in our curriculum. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount of tuition paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
